Booking Details Date: Saturday, 18th May 2024 Time: 11:00am start (10:30am arrival) Details: 30 drivers for 30 minutes each Cost: $2100 Total ($70 per driver) Itinerary 10:30 -11:00 – Arrival, Sign In & Briefing 11:00-11:15 – Group 1 Race 1 11:15-11:30 – Group 2 Race 1 11:30-11:45 – break 11:45-12:00 – Group 3 Race 1 12:00-12:15 – Group 1 Race 2 12:15-12:30 – break 12:30-12:45 – Group 2 Race 2 12:45-13:00 – Group 3 Race 2 Karting Requirements - Please ensure all single kart drivers are at least 13 years and 150cm in height. No persons over 120kg. - All drivers need enclosed shoes, long pants, and T-Shirts minimum. No tights, singlet tops or crop tops. - Loose clothing items must be removed before karting, long hair must be tied back and contained - No Alcohol is to be consumed prior to karting on the day. Payments and Cancellations We require a non-refundable deposit of $200 at the time of booking. Balance Payments and Final Confirmation is seven (7) days prior to the booking day. Payments can be made with card over the phone or if you wish to pay direct deposit, we can issue an invoice. Bookings require a minimum rescheduling notice of one (1) week, in which case a gift voucher will be issued to the total amount of your booking paid. In the event of inclement weather, a gift voucher will be issued to the total amount of your booking paid or the value remaining if any sessions were completed prior to wet weather.
